Boffins; Valiant & Cut

Boffins give the type of explanation where you understand the delightful giggle of their experience, or your jaw drops slack and your mind wanders. Illusion emerges from flop era. How to be comfortably passive as something is over-explained? Didn’t appearance set expectations before the mouth opened? Chaste certainty that you won’t be understood, then a command on arrival that leaves one invulnerable or weakened.
